- Bulk messaging (compliant with API rules)

- Integrations via official APIs (WhatsApp Cloud API, Telegram Bot API)


The Platform is strictly for marketing, communication, and CRM management for legitimate businesses.


3. User Responsibilities

3.1 You must send messages only to contacts who have provided consent.  

3.2 You must comply with WhatsApp, Telegram, and local anti-spam regulations.  

3.3 You must not upload or distribute:

- Illegal content  

- Harmful code, malware, or phishing campaigns  

- Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory content  

3.4 You are fully responsible for message content, targeting, and campaign outcomes.  


4. Account Usage

4.1 You must maintain accurate account information.  

4.2 You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.  

4.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.


5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

- Perform spam or unsolicited messaging  

- Abuse automation to violate WhatsApp/Telegram policies  

- Reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit platform vulnerabilities  

- Use shared or purchased contact lists  

- Misrepresent your business identity


6. API Compliance

Your use of WhatsApp Cloud API, Telegram Bot API, or any third-party integration must comply with:

- Meta (Facebook) API rules  

- Telegram Bot rules  

- Carrier and local communication laws


Violation may result in immediate account disabling.


7. Payment & Billing

7.1 Paid plans, API costs, and automation usage fees are charged according to your selected subscription.  

7.2 All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.  

7.3 Failure to pay may lead to service suspension.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

- Message delivery failures  

- API downtime (WhatsApp/Telegram/Hosting)  

- Loss of data due to user actions  

- Business losses arising from campaign results  

- Penalties due to your misuse of messaging tools


Use of the Platform is at your own risk.


9. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous uptime, but:

- Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may affect functionality.  

- Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued without prior notice.


10. Data Protection

We handle your data as per our Privacy Policy.  

We do not sell your personal or contact data.


11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate user accounts if:

- You violate these Terms  

- You engage in abusive or illegal activity  

- You misuse the messaging systems


You may also request account deletion anytime.


12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms.  

Continued use of the Platform after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
